Who We Are

Pastor Jeremiah has been married to Ana Karlina since 2006. He was born and raised in South Jersey. After college, he sensed a strong desire to dedicate his life to the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After pastoring a congregation for close to 6 years in Terra Preta, Brazil, he took on the role of Executive Director of the Pastors School of First Baptist Church of Atibaia. Jeremiah also serves as a trainer with Preach the Word Ministry. Since 2016, he has dedicated himself almost exclusively to the task of pastoral formation.

Jeremiah and Ana Karlina are members of First Baptist Church of Atibaia where he is a member of the pastoral staff and Fellowship Community Church in Mt. Laurel, NJ (in absentia).

Why “The Many Witnesses Project?”

“You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2.1-2 (ESV)

For Pastor Timothy, the Gospel Message was received in the presence of many witnesses. This reminds us that pastoral formation is not done in a vacuum; there are “many witnesses.” There is a multitude of the church watching and waiting, as stakeholders in the expectation of men who will faithfully minister God’s Word to yet another generation.
